Hello my friends!
March almost is over and in no time the sun will shine everywhere ... just like here in Florida. The pollen and allergies are affecting not only me but my dog, despite that we are still enjoying outside activities! I love to see the new blooms and flowers coming every day... azalea, and dogwoods are blooming already. So today, while my husband played golf, I just decided have date with myself and go for walk with buddy ... even he is a four legs ... he never think he just a dog:) ..lol
Below is a picture of him trying to catch bees .... and he knows how! He is actually an expert catcher moles, squirrels, bees, and even turtles! ..... It is quite a challenge trying to domesticate a rescue dog!
Have a sweet weekend and wishing everyone a happy spring! Do you have something interesting planned for this time of the year? Any exciting plans for spring? or spring brake perhaps? xx,
Lana
I love the wall fountain! I used to have a dog with pollen allergies. It was sort of funny - I'd never really thought about animals having allergies before that. We're hoping for a little break to escape to a neighbor island next month!
ReplyDeleteI know those allergies sneaky things:)
DeleteI'm so exited for you and your escape! I hope to see more pictures:)
How is a "Hawaiian lifestyle" treat you in general?
What gorgeous surroundings to take your sweet dog for a walk! One of my cats also has a pollen allergy :-/ The azalea are blooming here as well, but the trees are mostly bare. Hoping it will warm up soon - some parts of Germany even got snow!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your sweet words on my blog :) Have a wonderful week!!
Same to you my dear friend!
DeleteI did not know azalea is growing in Germany.... first time I see it here in Florida... growing wildly everywhere! When you not trimming it... it so pretty in this time!
Great photo's, your dog looks like a real sweetie!
ReplyDeleteHis name is Mr. Snoopy:) and he is a sweetie!
DeleteBuddy is such a cutie! Looks like a great day for a walk!
ReplyDeleteThank you .... and it is a finally beautiful outside! Walking in the morning becoming general routine ... finally! ( i'm usually skipping in the cold days:) cold and my floridian warm blood not the best pairs:)
Deletelovely images.. looks like a great day
ReplyDeletethanks Hena! I see you little one growing so fast! Happy for you!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful place to walk! Are you sure that is not a Camelia bush! I could be wrong but I have one in my backyard that has white flowers. I'm doing a post this week of my garden and I'll put the Azalea bush picture and the Camelia bush up to compare between the two. It is beautiful regardless of which one it is! I love all flowering plants!
ReplyDeleteIt is a one of the bushes ... I don't really know much about florida's flora:) To me everything so pretty now and bright... even weeds are beautiful when they are blooming!
DeleteI have really bad allergies too (and my son). It's really the only big downside of spring time.
ReplyDeleteHopefully your dog doesn't get stung by a bee! He knows how to catch an awful lot of critters. =0)
Your photos are lovely, and it looks like you had a really great weekend.
thank you Kim!
DeleteLove this spring post! Beautiful photos and I really love your dog! He's such a cutie.
ReplyDeleteWe all love him! Our neighbors even have milk-bones and water-bowl outside ... just to make him welcome to visit :) He is such a sweetie!
DeleteWhere were you walking? Such a pretty place. This is when I start to plant my new plants. I love when everything is in full bloom. The Wisteria bother my allergies so of course they grow in the yard behind me, and drape over the fence into my yard. I leave them, because they smell so sweet.
ReplyDeleteI know many plants give my dog allergy so as for me as well. The wisteria so pretty when it blooming, it no wonder you choose to have it over the fence:) We are usually walking on our golf course... but this time I took him to river as well. He is so well behaved dog... we take him with us almost everywhere!
ReplyDeleteOh what fun! Those flowers are so cheerful and pretty. Your dog is so cute! My dog Emma is always trying to catch the bees, I can usually talk her out of it though (I worry she might get an unexpected surprise). Spring seems in full spring for you already. I can't wait for the official "spring thaw" here in Michigan.
