New Day, New Week, New Perspective....

Taking time to live life will only inspire your work, so I'm taking this week ( a few days) to spend time with my sweetheart at a beautiful beach resort and I will keep my mind open for new inspirations.  In terms of sales, I had a very interesting week with orders from: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Greece and Singapore .... I am a global company, like Apple or GE!   You guys are amazing with your love and appreciation of my work ...  I'm reaching almost 800 followers on Instagram and you know what that means .... when I reach  the 1k sales plateau, I will randomly give away a print from my collection - details to follow! I had a gorgeous spa treatment while my husband enjoyed his golf during our father day(s) stay at Ponte Vedra Resort. It is a sweet vacation place for the whole family and I'm looking forward to sharing more pictures with you in my next blog post. This place was established in 1928 and I think they still manage to project a relaxing and fun atmosphere, with is great for a family reunion or just plain rest and relaxation!

March Madness

 Happy Monday lovelies! 

How is Monday treating you so far?  I had a brief but lovely beach day getaway - to just see the beautiful blue water was so calm and relaxing ... I decided to start my weekly post with these fresh pictures!  Though it is in blue hues it is still definitely summery and uplifting I think:) What do you think?

I decided to post this today - sun came out and all my blues were washed away....  I have my busy week ahead: a few commissions to finish, small illustrations to complete, get ready for my FL teacher's recertification renewal and most important prepare for my dear old ( not too old ... just from my high school years :)  friend come to visit me next week from New York ( it took her three years this time to finally visit Florida again - but it is better late then never :)

FAVORITE Place By The Sea

One morning, she woke up to a note that read, "Are you ready for the beach?".....

I had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful resort in Amelia Island for a few days with my husband. From the moment I arrived at The Ritz - Carlton Resort for the first time, I knew it would be hard to leave!

Summer is over and Florida is the place to spend a nice fall season and explore sandy beaches, sun, warm ocean, and the Ritz-Carlton Resort is a perfect place to choose!

From foot rejuvenation to couples treatments to tandem massage, the professionals at the Spa are ready to rub, soak and soothe you into heaven:) I took this photo near spa sign in .... the "cupcakes" look so yummy, but it is for your body!

After a few days exploring the old and new at the resort, beach, spa, and island, I found time to sketch .... this is my humble attempt...

SUGAR AND SPICE

I start taking photos of various odd things after a while. There is something about the level of beauty, relaxed atmosphere, great food and happy people here that is very serene. Essentially, my desire to take photos of random things tells me that my eyes are wide open, I’m being inspired, and I’m taking everything in.
